1 Definitions & Interpretation

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required of Members before any withdrawal is processed.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use viva88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old or the applicable legal age limit set by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction where online gaming activities are prohibited by local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and not having been declared legally incapacitated.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Viva88. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing true, accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested in the registration form.
• Updating your account information whenever changes occur to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keeping your account username and password strictly confidential at all times.
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account, including activities carried out without your knowledge due to negligence in maintaining account confidentiality.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the viva88 support team via live chat immediately. viva88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from the Member's own negligence.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Viva88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for all payment methods.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes after the transaction is successfully confirmed.
• If a deposit is not credited within one (1) hour, please contact support with proof of payment receipt.
• Viva88 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per application.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 working hours subject to completed KYC verification.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered in the name of the Member — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Viva88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
• Any funds obtained through suspicious means or in breach of these terms will be held pending completion of an investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Viva88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer, and those terms form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Each bonus has wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal associated with that bonus can be processed.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, residential address, IP address, device, and payment method, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and may not be used beyond the set limits without fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements.
• Viva88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a Member is found to be exploiting promotions — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, hedge betting, or cross-account coordination — all related bonuses and winnings will be voided.

6 Game Rules

All games available on viva88 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or licensed international live casino providers. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.

• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, viva88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Member's account.
• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during play. Viva88 is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.
• Viva88 reserves the right to void any wager suspected of involving fraud, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Viva88 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other competitive games.
• Registering or using an account with false information or another person's identity.
• Any activity related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities.
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account.
• Disrupting, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the systems or accounts of other Members.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Viva88 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any pending withdrawals will be processed in the usual manner.

Viva88 reserves the right to freeze or close a Member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Account information provided was found to be false or misleading.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, Viva88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in the account, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

9 Liability Limits

Viva88 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Viva88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, availability of services, or accuracy of information displayed.

Viva88 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party actions.
• Game outcomes that have been conclusively determined by the RNG system or a Live Casino dealer.
• Losses arising from a Member's negligence in maintaining the security of their account.

Viva88's maximum liability in any situation shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Laws

Viva88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Members are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

Continued use of the viva88 platform after any amendments are published constitutes the Member's agreement and acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision will be reinterpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent, while all other provisions remain in full effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes arising will first be resolved through viva88's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to a mutually agreed third-party resolution body.
